Firms in the space sector often internationalize. Expanding abroad is an important way to grow business. Internationalization is sometimes difficult, though. As firms leave familiar markets and enter new ones, they often need support to understand what are at first unknown environments.

Serbia and China signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on space technology cooperation on 5 June 2020. The MoU includes a provision for the joint development of a Sino-Serbian satellite.

The heads of the space agencies from the United States, Russia, Japan, Canada, and the European Space Agency (ESA) are scheduled to meet on 9 June 2020 via video conference in order to discuss cooperation on lunar exploration and the International Space Station (ISS).
